Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Earthside Collection. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Major Problem –

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Change of mind –

No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product and receive a store credit for your order less postage costs originally paid.

You are responsible for postage costs to return your order.

Please note – we do not offer change-of-mind returns on sale items or items purchased with voucher codes

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products considered to be critical to hygiene will not be accepted as a change of mind return for example bedding, swimwear, pacifier and teether products

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase, to:

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bedding, dummies, teethers or tableware, we also do not accept returns on e-gift vouchers.

Exchanges

We do not hold items for exchange, you will need to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once a refund or store credit is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.

AFTERPAY refunds

Please note as a merchant, Afterpay will still charge us a fee for their service, in the event of your payment requiring a refund, you will receive the total amount less the fees incurred on your payment.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Earthside Collection .

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

colour advice

Actual colours may vary according to your viewing device. Computer monitors, laptops, tablet and phone screens have a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We do our upmost best to edit our photos as little as possible to show all of our products as true to life as possible.
