Delivery is FREE for all Australian orders over $250.
We are located in Australia, and ship Australia-wide.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email, which will include a tracking number and link where you will be able to track your order.
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours during weekdays (weekends may be delayed). This excludes ‘pre-order’ items (please see below)
pre – order items
Items that are available for pre-order will be dispatched as soon as possible after the expected delivery date (displayed in the item description).
If multiple items have been ordered, and the order contains ‘pre-order’ item/s, the entire order will be shipped on the expected delivery date which is displayed in the pre-order item description.
Orders will not be refunded due to any slight delays from suppliers outside of our control (up to 4 weeks). If the delay is more than 4 weeks, a refund will be accepted.
Once your order has left us, any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on locations.
Once packages are handed to Australia post, we have no control on the speed of your delivery. Being in a rural area, postage can take longer then those who live in capital cities. Most packages are received within 4-14 days but packages to WA or very rural areas have taken more then 14 days. This is completely out of our control.
return to sender
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to enter their correct address, as well as collecting their parcel from the collection point (if applicable). Earthside Collection is not liable for any information entered incorrectly in the checkout, which is a secure environment. If the parcel is unable to be delivered due to the customer’s error and therefore returned to sender (RTS), Earthside Collection will contact the customer with options for re-shipment at the buyers expense.
If you would like to cancel an order and receive a full refund, you may do so as long as the order has not yet been processed & shipped. Please contact us at email@example.com
